BEAN SOUP CLOTHES--Taffeta ain't just for prom or bridal. This fun 2 piece is black taffeta with 2 rows of polka dot ruffle and a herd of red fabric roses. And because you can never have enough polka dots they are also on the straps & the closure ribbons on the back. The top is 21" from the shoulder & 44" around with an additional 17" of ribbon to make adjustments for fit. The skirt length is 24" & the elastic waist goes from 34 to 44".
