BEAN SOUP CLOTHES--This dress is perfect for summer, a dress it up or wear as is for any function. The bust measures 42", the hips 46" & the length is 59" from shoulder to hem. The top is 20" long from the shoulder. Comfortable (this rayon is so soft), flowy & a great graphic makes for a great, simple dress. And tiny Scarlett likes it.
